Custom Build - ExtrasQuiet, generator-free auxiliary power for food trucks and trailers using WattCycle 48V LiFePO4 batteries and split-phase inverter technology. Final capacity is sized according to connected equipment and required runtime.
Description
Independent off-grid electrical system designed for food trucks, food trailers and mobile businesses. The system can power selected refrigeration, lighting, water pumps, ventilation, outlets and auxiliary equipment without relying on a gasoline generator.
Includes WattCycle 48V LiFePO4 battery storage, pure sine wave inverter/charger, 120/240V split-phase output, shore-power charging, battery monitoring, breakers, fuses, disconnects, protected equipment mounting and integration with the auxiliary electrical panel.
Important: Final battery capacity, inverter output and estimated operating time require an electrical load calculation. The 32.15 kWh battery weighs approximately 613 lb and requires payload, mounting and structural verification before use in a mobile installation. Solar panels and backup-generator connections are available separately. WattCycle equipment or an approved equivalent may be used depending on availability and final engineering requirements.
