This custom taco food truck was built for Los Antojitos Taqueria on an approximately 18 ft step van / walk-in body. This project is special because it is the second food truck we completed for the same company, showing the client’s trust in Smart Food Truck and our build quality.
The layout was customized by an experienced operator who already understands the daily workflow of a food truck business. Every detail was selected around their taco concept, production needs, equipment setup and the way their team works inside the truck.
This build includes stainless steel walls and ceiling, stainless steel kitchen area, aluminum diamond plate flooring, commercial hood system, exhaust fan, fresh air system, fire suppression system, full plumbing, 125 amp electrical system, complete gas system, refrigeration, cooking equipment, Coleman 15,000 BTU RV A/C and full custom wrap.
The equipment package includes a 2-burner stove, two 36" griddles, 12" char-rock broiler, glass door cooler, reach-in freezer, sandwich prep table and mega top sandwich prep table. The result is a professional taco food truck designed for real workflow, daily operation and high-volume food service.
