Slice Spot – Multi-Unit Custom Pizza Food Trailers

Slice Spot — Six-Unit Custom Pizza Trailer Fleet Smart Food Truck designed and manufactured a fleet of six matching custom pizza trailers for Slice Spot. Every unit was built with the same commercial kitchen layout, equipment configuration, utility systems, exterior branding, and operational workflow—giving the company a consistent platform for expanding into multiple locations. Each 16-foot trailer includes two TurboChef Fire ovens, commercial refrigeration, a complete ventilation and fire-suppression system, a 125-amp electrical panel, 50-amp shore-power connection, stainless-steel interior finishes, plumbing systems, mini-split air conditioning, and a 20 kW diesel generator with a custom fuel tank. This project demonstrates our ability to manage multi-unit production while maintaining consistency across every trailer. From the initial design and equipment planning to manufacturing, quality control, branding, and final delivery, each unit was produced to operate and represent the Slice Spot brand in the same way. Smart Food Truck manufactures custom food truck and trailer fleets for expanding businesses, franchises, restaurant groups, hospitality companies, and corporate mobile-food programs.
