This 14 ft Snoasis Snoballs trailer was custom-built by Smart Food Truck with a focus on durability, clean workflow, and efficient cold-dessert service. The interior features aluminum sanitary walls, epoxy flooring, stainless steel work surfaces, and a 6×3 service window with an air curtain for optimal temperature control. Equipped with commercial refrigeration, a full NSF-compliant plumbing system, LED lighting, and an 18,000 BTU mini-split A/C, the trailer delivers a reliable and comfortable work environment. Additional upgrades such as a 10.5 kW generator, stabilizers, and a full custom wrap make this unit fully operational and ready for high-volume shaved ice production.
