Que Botana — Custom 14’ Mexican Food Trailer

Smart Food Truck LLC designed and manufactured this custom 8.5’ × 14’ food trailer for Que Botana, creating a compact mobile kitchen tailored to its Mexican food concept. The layout brings together a two-burner commercial stove, a 40lb fryer, a 36” refrigerated prep table, and a 27” reach-in cooler to support cooking, ingredient storage, and daily preparation. The trailer features stainless steel walls and ceilings, diamond plate flooring, commercial hood ventilation, complete electrical and plumbing systems, and 18,000 BTU mini-split air conditioning. A 5’ service window with an exterior folding shelf provides a practical customer pickup area, while the full custom wrap gives Que Botana a distinctive, recognizable presence. This project showcases how Smart Food Truck builds custom kitchens around each customer’s menu, workflow, and brand.
